Why did I decide to give up a safe job and start my own business?
I thought it would be easy and I could work fewer hours. I was so wrong! It’s hard work and long hours. But it turned into a passion, maybe even a calling. I love carpet cleaning and making my customers smile!
As the owner-operator of TWH Carpet Cleaning, I have worked for thousands of customers over many years, and in that time, I’ve come to learn that customers want two important things:
- Clean, soft and great-smelling carpets!
- An honest and capable technician who will take care of their house or workplace
My years of experience have enabled me to know which cleaning solutions work the best and which equipment will produce the ultimate clean. That’s why I use a Truckmount. Driven by petrol, it’s more powerful than any plug-in cleaner, enabling me to give you a deeper, fresher clean with quicker drying times.
But you get more than just great equipment with me – you get the best of my skill, knowledge and carpet care tips. It’s taken me years and all kinds of training courses to get to where I am now. My experience and skillset have enabled me to become an advanced member of the National Carpet Cleaning Association (NCCA), and have put me in a position where I can give you the best possible cleaning available.
I care about my customers and love to make them happy, while always understanding that honesty and trust are essential if you’re letting me onto your premises. The responsibility stops with me, and your needs should stop as soon as you take me on.
For the best value for money, I offer a Walk Way Clean service, meaning you vacuum the floor and clear the furniture out the way before I arrive. If you’d rather not do that though, go for the Standard Clean, where I do it for you.
